Electro Enterprises this January saw the successful opening of our European facility to support Aerospace MRO and manufacturing in Europe, The Middle East, Asia and Africa. Electro Enterprises, established in 1970, is a franchised stocking and value-add distributor. With 150 employees and sales surpassing $80m, we specialise in interconnect, electro-mechanical, wire, cable and wire harness assembly products.
We have seen steady growth over the last 10 years, culminating in the implementation of our 5 year expansion strategy. This expansion plan has been supported by our key principle franchised lines, which also have seen substantial growth during this period.
We can credit our growth to a unique multi-product offering and availability, as well as our focus on delivering good old fashioned service with human interaction! We have also regularly been awarded for our service and excellence from our principles. The European office and distribution facility will continue to support our growth, offering an enhanced service to our EMEA customers, with support in the same time zone and in different languages.
Headed by Paul Connelly, Managing Director EMEA, the facility will also be the springboard and link in the development of new subsidiaries in Africa, Asia Pacific, Australasia, China, India and The Middle East. Not only will the facility have inventory specific to the region, over the next 12 months it will begin to identify products where Electro can add value.
