Semtech Corporation, based in Camarillo, California, USA signs the Ware, Hertfordshire UK based distributor Astute Electronics Ltd to a Pan European Distribution agreement.
Semtech is a world leader in the manufacturing of high reliability military grade, and space grade diodes, rectifier diodes, transient voltage suppressor diodes (TVS) and voltage regulator diodes (Zeners) listed on the DoD’s Qualified Parts List (QPL) as well as the UK’s former Ministry of Defense (MoD). Other offerings in our portfolio include high power high voltage diode arrays in a wide range of package styles and terminations exceptionally suited for high temperature high mechanical stress aerospace applications.

Astute will be expanding on the current relationship with Semtech Corporation to support the Power Discrete and Assemblies (PDA) business unit across the European territory with a strong focus on the Aerospace & Defence sector.
Astute’s historic and all-encompassing support for manufacturing companies within the Aerospace and Defence markets has arisen from a willingness to manage all manner of programmes, purchase and support long-term schedules on a wide variety of products and operate to the highest quality levels.
