Goudsmit Magnetic Supplies is now AS9100C certified and is therefore a qualified supplier of magnets and magnetic systems to the aerospace industry. The company already supplies into the automotive industry, having attained ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification in 2008, so achieving AS9100C certification will help the company further its development.
Cementing its position as a supplier to the aerospace industry, Goudsmit has also joined the trade association for the Dutch aerospace and airport development sector, NAG. This will provide access to expertise, advocacy, national and international markets as well as an extensive network.
All aerospace-related business will be consolidated in a new operating company, Goudsmit AeroTec, to provide customers with magnetic solutions as effectively as possible.
