Phoenix Contact’s new PC 35 Series high current printed circuit board connectors are now available at TTI, Inc., the world’s leading specialist distributor of passive, connector, electromechanical and discrete components. An addition to Phoenix Contact’s COMBICON range, PC 35 interconnects have a current capacity of up to 125A and additional features that provide reliable connection in applications subject to vibration, such as automotive electronics (including electric and hybrid vehicles), drive and power engineering, frequency converters, solar inverters, power supplies and motor leads.
The PC 35 Series is a 2-position 15mm pitch design with silver contact surfaces. These unlimited 600 V UL approved devices feature an integrated threaded flange for screw connection with the PCB as standard, which provides reliable connection even in harsh vibration environments. An integrated double steel spring ensures maximum contact reliability. Connection capacity is 35mm². User-friendly device connection is assured, thanks to low insertion and withdrawal forces.
Electrical specifications for Phoenix Contact PC 35 plugs include nominal current 125A and a rated voltage (III/2) of 1000V. Surge voltage is rated at 8kV.
