CamdenBoss has launched two new fuse holders for modern PCB assembly technologies. The CFH22SMD has surface mounting pads while the CFH22THR has through-hole pins. Both are constructed from high temperature rated thermoplastic which is flame retardant to UL94-V0 and designed to withstand the higher soldering temperatures associated with SMT and THR solder processes. They also both have an optional fuse cover, CFH22H, to provide finger protection and both accept 5x20mm fuses, commonly used in electronic circuits. These fuse holders are now in bulk packaging with tubes and tape and reel options on request. The CFH22 has pending UL and VDE approvals.
As a PCB mount fuse holder, CFH22 has wide ranging applications across the Power Electronics, Fire & Security, CEM, Lighting, HVAC, Industrial Automation and Metering industries.
